Tinisize Return & Exchange Policy (Full)

Tinisize Corp. ("we", "us" and “our”) is the operator of “TINISIZECORP.CA“. By placing an order through “TINISIZECORP.CA“, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

General:

  1. How do I begin a return or exchange request? ---- To initiate a return or exchange, please email return.exchange@tinisizecorp.ca – you will need your order number and the email used at the time of the order. Please be sure to read our return/exchange policy below to find the situation that best applies to you, before moving forward with your request.

  1. How long do I have to request an exchange? ---- You can make an exchange within 15 days of receiving the order. You cannot make an exchange if you’ve used or distributed the products.

  1. How long do I have to request a return? ---- All products can be returned within 15 days of receiving the order. Please look for the product you’re interested in ordering below to find out more details.

  1. Will the original shipping be refunded? ---- We’re sorry, but your refund will not include the shipping paid when the purchase was first made. Thank you for understanding.

  1. Where will refunds be credited? ---- Refunds will be credited to the account used to make the purchase (ex. debit card/credit card/PayPal account, etc.)

  1. How long before I receive my refund? ---- A full refund will be issued within 1-2 days of receiving and inspecting your returned order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  2. Order Pick-Up ---- Orders picked up in person can be returned by mail, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Tinisize Box & Tinisize Pack:

  1. How long do I have to return this product? ---- You have 15 days to return this item.

  1. Returns due to change of mind ---- We will happily accept your return if you've decided you don't want the product anymore, but unfortunately, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can request a return within 15 days of receiving the order. Please be sure that the contents are in their original packaging. Please go to: Tinisize Return Request to begin the return process.

  • Returns due to product damage ---- Our packets are resilient and should survive any phase of the average courier route, but in the event they're damaged during transit or you receive packets made defective during the manufacturing process, please try to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please contact support: support@tinisizecorp.ca or click on the chat button on our site to speak to a live agent. Please have a few photos of the damages ready, so we can take immediate action.

 

Tinisize Display Bowl & Tinisize Bulk Boxes:

  1. How long do I have to return this product? ---- We will happily accept returns of the Tinisize Display Bowl within 15 days of receiving the order.

  1. Returns due to change of mind ---- If you decide to return the Tinisize Display Bowl, the packets must not have been distributed to customers/clients). You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  1. Exchanges:

  1. How long do I have to request an exchange? ---- You can make an exchange within 15 days of receiving the order. You cannot make an exchange if you’ve used or distributed the products.

  1. You received the wrong order ---- We will happily exchange orders we sent in error. We will cover the shipping cost to return the item to our warehouse and the shipping cost to send out the correct order.

  • You placed the wrong order ---- If you placed the wrong order and would like to have it exchanged, the cost of shipping the order back to our warehouse will be your responsibility, but we will cover the cost to ship out the new item. With that said, please place orders carefully. You have until the order is dispatched to make any changes, so please contact support@tinisizecorp.ca or reach out through the chat button on our site, so a live agent can fix any issues with your order, ASAP.

  1. Missing Packets? ---- At Tinisize, we double, and triple check the number of packets placed in every box, but every now and then, we may fall a couple of packets short. In this event, please contact us and we’ll make things right.

  1. Broken glass display bowl? ---- Our glass display bowl broke during transit? No problem! Please contact support: support@tinisizecorp.ca or reach out through the chat button on our site to speak to a live agent. Please have your order number and a few photos of the damages ready, so we can send out a new display bowl ASAP.
