Tinisize Shipping & Delivery Policy (Full)

Tinisize Corp. ("we", "us" and "our") is the operator of “TINISIZECORP.CA“. By placing an order through “TINISIZECORP.CA“, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  1. Stock Availability ---- Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you to ask whether you would like us to fulfill the order for the available items and send the others when stock is available, or if you would prefer a refund of the out-of-stock items/all items.

  • No shipping charge to receive back-ordered items ---- If you choose to receive the available items and wait for the others to be shipped when stock is available, we will cover the shipping cost.

  1. Shipping Costs ---- We offer Free Shipping and expedited shipping at a discounted flat rate. Payment for shipping will be collected with your purchase.

  • Shipping speed for orders within Ontario: 1-3 Business Days 

  • Delivery Speed for orders placed outside of Ontario: 3-6 Business Days

  • When are you shipping my stuff? ---- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to make sure orders are delivered in a timely manner by extending hours leading up to the break.

  1. Change of delivery address ---- we are able to change the address at any time before the order is dispatched. If you have already received a dispatch email and need to change the delivery address, please contact support at: support@tinisizecorp.ca or click on the chat button on our site. If you contact us by email or through the chat after hours, we will address it the following business day.

  • P.O. Box shipping ---- we will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

  1. Delivery time exceeded ---- if delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us immediately so we can look into it. We also do our best to monitor the shipping status of all our orders.

  1. Tracking notifications ---- upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

  1. Parcels damaged in transit ---- if you find the contents of your parcel have been damaged in transit, get in touch with our customer service support@tinisizecorp.ca or reach out through the chat button on our site to speak to a live agent, within 48 hours, so we can take immediate action.

  1. Duties and taxes

  • Sales tax ---- sales tax will be added automatically during checkout.

  • Import duties and taxes ---- Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

  • Refusal to pay duties and taxes ---- If payment of duties and taxes upon arrival at destination country is refused, the goods will be returned to Tinisize Corp. at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

  1. Cancellations ---- if you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

  1. Insurance ---- Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
