Tinisize Return & Exchange Policy

We want to make sure you love our products as much as we do, so we do our best to offer hassle-free returns and exchanges!

You have 15 days to return or exchange eligible products.


Tinisize Box / Tinisize Pack:

  • We will happily accept the return/refund the sale of the Tinisize Pack or Tinisize Box if it doesn't meet your expectations.

  • Send an email to support@tinisizecorp.ca and we'll email you a free pre-paid shipping label. Once we've received your return, we'll issue the refund. Simple as that!

Body of email: You name, order number, and email used to purchase


Tinisize Bulk Box / Tinisize Retail Box:

  • We will happily accept a return of the Tinisize Bulk Box or Retail Box, if the packets have not been distributed to customers/clients, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
  • Send an email to support@tinisizecorp.ca and we'll begin the process. Once we've received your return, we'll issue the refund.

Body of email: Your reason for returning the order



  • You received the wrong order ---- We will happily exchange orders we sent in error. We will cover the shipping cost to return the item to us and the shipping cost to send out the correct order. 

  • You placed the wrong order ---- If you placed the wrong order and would like to have it exchanged, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, but we will cover the cost to ship out your new order. With that said, please place orders carefully. You have until the order is dispatched to make changes, so please contact support@tinisizecorp.ca or reach out through the chat button on our site.
